• Partner Responsibility: The registered Partner is solely responsible for the accuracy of co-brand information (name, ARN, logo, contact details) applied to downloaded materials
• Content Compliance: Partners must ensure downloaded materials comply with AMFI Circular No. 135/BP/37/2021-22 and any subsequent updates on MFD advertising standards before distribution to clients
• No Modification of Disclosures: AMFI-mandated risk warnings and regulatory disclosures embedded in templates must not be altered, removed, or obscured by the Partner
• Regnum's Liability: Regnum Wealth Private Limited is not liable for any regulatory, legal, or reputational consequences arising from a Partner's misuse, unauthorised modification, or improper distribution of co-branded content
• AMC Brand Assets: AMC logos and branding used in content templates are the intellectual property of respective Asset Management Companies and are used strictly for identification purposes under fair use

The Saarthi platform may reference, link to, or embed content from third-party sources including AMC websites, AMFI, SEBI, BSE/NSE, and other financial data providers. Regnum Wealth Private Limited:

• Is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party websites
• Does not control third-party privacy practices or data handling

8Platform Availability

Any Asset Management Company (AMC) names, fund scheme names, NAV data, AUM figures, or fund performance data referenced within platform content are sourced from publicly available AMFI data or respective AMC disclosures. Regnum Wealth Private Limited:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of AMC/fund data displayed on the platform
• Is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any AMC whose products are referenced on the platform
• Does not receive preferential distribution commissions that influence the content or presentation of any AMC's marketing material on this platform
• Advises Partners to verify current NAV, AUM, and scheme data from AMFI's official website (amfiindia.com) before sharing with clients

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Regnum Wealth Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

• Reliance on any information, content, or tool available on the Saarthi platform
• Investment losses incurred by end-investors of Partners who used platform materials
• Regulatory action against a Partner resulting from the use or misuse of co-branded content
• Platform downtime, data loss, or technical failure
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content, calculator outputs, or financial data
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials
